Turn’s out Dave Chappelle is alive and well…popping up in the middle of no where in Oregon to do a show last night.

Patrons of the venue Pioneer Square could be seeing joking with Chappelle before the show, as he seemed lively and interactive before going on stage.

 Chappelle made his way from the Heathman to Pioneer Square just before 1 a.m., but without the proper audio equipment for such a large crowd (not sure about an official head count, but estimates on the Pioneer Square crowd ranged from 8,000 to 12,000 people).

After rounding up some bigger speakers and amps, Chappelle kicked off his show at approximately 2 a.m.

Could this be the beginning of a come back for the once larger than life comedian…or is he going to feed off of this hype around the random shows and thoughts of “where will Dave go next?”
