Ron Artest–The Drunken Idiot
So, yesterday, a story missed amidst all the Tiger Woods headlines was Ron Artest admitting that he used to drink during half time when he played with the Chicago Bulls.
“I used to drink Hennessy … at halftime. I [kept it] in my locker. I’d just walk to the liquor store and get it.”
Seriously?
We always knew Artest was a bit off, and a hot head…but to drink during half time as a professional athlete? This is appaling.
Artest attempted to then cover up his stupidity by saying
…”The whole point of it was to let people know I was not proud of how I was as a youngster, and how immature I was. I think the guy released the part of the story that was going to sell the newspapers.”

Adrian Peterson–Go Speed Racer
Adrian Peterson, the most impressive athlete in the entire NFL–yes, I said it–got a ticket for doing 109 in a 55.
What is the need to travel that fast? All it did was make Peterson late for a meeting, and put the lives of several innocent bystanders at risk, as he got his jollies racing around in his BMW.
While Peterson may be an incredible athlete, he is pretty dumb. As if his spot on MTV Cribs was not enough to confirm he is not bright, this was.

You'd think Peterson would learn from the likes of Danny Heatley, who killed teammate Daniel Snyder, when driving like a moron.
