Quick thoughts on Tiger Woods

So, this whole Tiger Woods and his affair thing has reached volcanic hot topic proportions right now…and I am here to say this…WHO CARES?
If he was still denying at this point, that he was having an affair with Jaimee Grubbs, then I would take issue with this.
The fact of the matter remains, he has been open that SOMETHING is going on. Could we please just let this man deal with it in the privacy of his own home?

While the Florida Gators are no doubt one of the most impressive teams that college football has seen in years, one of the most dominant pieces of their powerhouse has put his immediate future with the team in jeopardy.
Defensive end Carlos Dunlap was arrested at 3:25am today for driving under the influence. Officials found Dunlap asleep at the wheel at a green light.

Another big coaching move on the NCAA football front as read on ESPN.com:
TALLAHASSEE — Legendary Florida State coach Bobby Bowden, who built one of college football’s greatest dynasties in 34 seasons with the Seminoles, plans to announce his retirement Tuesday morning, sources close to the situation told ESPN.com.
Bowden, whose 388 career victories trail only Penn State’s Joe Paterno as college football’s winningest coach, met with FSU president TK Wetherell and athletic director Randy Spetman on Monday morning. According to sources, Bowden was given two options: return to FSU in 2010 …

No real surprise here…Charlie Weis has been fired as the head coach of Notre Dame.
Here is what I have to say…
Charlie—you have five years, you could not produce a winner. No harm no foul. I am excited to see you head back to the NFL where you will no doubt be a bang up offensive coordinator
Question #1  is, where will you land?
Question # 2 is, who will replace you?
Chances are no one will move on Weis this season, as their is only 5 games left, and that is not enough …

Mangini calls out King James

I feel awkward writing about the Cleveland Browns two days in a row, but sometimes when you are 1-8, the headlines are pretty blog worthy.
Last night, I posted a blog about Browns quarterback Brady Quinn drilling Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs.
