Ron Artest–The Drunken Idiot
So, yesterday, a story missed amidst all the Tiger Woods headlines was Ron Artest admitting that he used to drink during half time when he played with the Chicago Bulls.
“I used to drink Hennessy … at halftime. I [kept it] in my locker. I’d just walk to the liquor store and get it.”
Seriously?
We always knew Artest was a bit off, and a hot head…but to drink during half time as a professional athlete? This is appaling.
Artest attempted to then cover up his stupidity by saying
…”The whole point …

No real surprise here…Charlie Weis has been fired as the head coach of Notre Dame.
Here is what I have to say…
Charlie—you have five years, you could not produce a winner. No harm no foul. I am excited to see you head back to the NFL where you will no doubt be a bang up offensive coordinator
Question #1  is, where will you land?
Question # 2 is, who will replace you?
Chances are no one will move on Weis this season, as their is only 5 games left, and that is not enough …

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair has been killed, a source has confirmed to ESPN.com.
McNair, police said, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville, News Channel 5 in Nashville reported.
McNair played 13 seasons in the NFL, 11 were with the Tennessee Titans. He played his final two years with the Baltimore Ravens, retiring after the 2007 season.
McNair was picked third overall in the 1995 draft out of Alcorn State by the then Houston Oilers.
